Benvenuti a tutti in questo nuovo webinar sulla piattaforma DYDAS, oggi parleremo delle funzionalità del marketplace e dei servizi che consentono agli utenti di pubblicare per vendere e acquistare set di dati, modelli e utilizzare la dashboard all’interno del marketplace al fine di utilizzare anche altri set di dati caricati da altri utenti, oltre a dati pubblici e aperti.
Questa è una demo dove mostriamo due set di dati creati durante il primo webinar di questa serie di quattro incontri e per illustrare cos’è il marketplace e cosa è possibile fare con esso. Sostanzialmente, è possibile cercare set di dati e progetti di altri utenti. La prospettiva della piattaforma è destinata a fornire la possibilità di acquisto e vendita, oltre la possibilità di base di utilizzare ogni dataset aperto disponibile e quindi ad accesso completamente gratuito.
Entrando in un progetto è possibile vedere alcune informazioni relativamente, per esempio, alla descrizione del dataset e ad eventuali date di scadenza esistenti. Ciò in particolare significa che nel caso di ordine o acquisto di un progetto a pagamento, l’editore del progetto o proprietario può rilasciare 365 giorni di licenza per l’utilizzo dei dati. Il periodo potrà essere rinnovato naturalmente di un altro anno, e così via. Il progetto mostrato in questa demo si riferisce a dati aperti, perciò gratuiti, riconoscibile dalla piccola icona visibile nell’immagine qui proiettata.
È possibile anche inserire una propria valutazione sul dataset, così come visualizzare l’editore e verificare la presenza di modelli e le relative informazioni (…)

“How to use the DYDAS platform” – Third episode: “Publish on the Marketplace”

Welcome everyone to this new webinar on DYDAS platform, today we will talk about marketplace features and services that allow users to post to sell and buy datasets, models and use the dashboard within the marketplace in order to use other datasets uploaded by other users, as well as public and open data.
This is a demo where we show two datasets created during the first webinar of this series of four meetings and to illustrate what the marketplace is and what you can do with it. Basically, you can search for other users’ datasets and projects. The perspective of the platform is intended to provide the possibility of buying and selling, as well as the basic possibility of using any open dataset available and therefore completely free to access.
By entering a project it is possible to see some information regarding, for example, the description of the dataset and any existing expiration dates. This means in particular that in case of ordering or purchasing a paid project, the project publisher or owner can issue 365 days of license for data usage. The period can of course be renewed for another year, and so on. The project shown in this demo refers to open data, therefore free, recognizable by the small icon visible in the image projected here.
